The problem
Fantasy football auction drafts don't run on ESPN. They run on your spreadsheet.
- Copied formulas drift. One column silently points at the wrong cell and nobody notices until someone bids money they don't have.
- Max bid is the number the whole auction turns on. It changes for every manager after every sale, and spreadsheets either get it wrong or don't show it.
- Twelve columns of 10-point text is unreadable from across a room.
- A typo means deleting rows and re-entering, or living with a wrong number all night.
- Generic fantasy platforms can't handle in-person auctions where every manager has a different budget — which is why leagues went back to Excel in the first place.
How a pick works
Four seconds a pick, entirely from the keyboard.
Nominating a player in your fantasy football auction draft takes three keystrokes.
Type a few letters.
Every NFL player is already loaded. Arrow down, hit Enter.

He goes up on the board.
Large across the top, with position rank, team and last season's points, so the whole room sees who's nominated.

Enter the winning bid.
Managers who can't afford it dim out live as you type.

Click the winner. Sold.
A green flash across the board names the player, the buyer and the price, and the roster fills in.

About four seconds a pick, entirely from the keyboard.
What it does
Every fantasy roster, always visible
One column per manager showing all seventeen slots — starters and bench. Max bid in large type at the top, recalculated after every sale. Dollars left, slots open, and dollars per remaining slot. Positions are color-coded across the whole board, so a glance tells you who's gone heavy at running back and who still needs a quarterback. Nobody has to ask.

Auction math that can't drift
Max bid is total salary, minus what they've spent, minus a dollar held back for every roster spot still to fill. The rule every fantasy football auction league uses, applied to everyone after every sale. Overbids are blocked with a plain-English reason. The same player can't be drafted twice — drafted players leave the pool.

Built for your fantasy league, not someone else's
- League size: 8, 10 or 12 managers.
- Roster shape: set how many QB, RB, WR, TE, FLEX, Superflex, K, D/ST and bench spots each team carries, up to 30 slots. Flex takes a running back, receiver or tight end; Superflex is a second quarterback, and only appears if you turn it on.
- A different total salary for every manager. This is the reason leagues stay on spreadsheets — bonus bucks for paying dues early or turning up to the league dinner just work.
- Per-position roster limits, starters and bench counted together. Cap quarterbacks at four, receivers at eight, whatever your league runs. Anyone already at their limit greys out the moment a player at that position is nominated.
- Minimum bid, manager names, league name and title color are all yours.

Fix mistakes without starting over
Click any drafted player to change the price, swap in a different player, or move him to another manager. Delete a pick and the player goes back in the pool. Undo covers everything — edits, moves, deletes, even clearing the whole draft. Every guardrail applies to edits too, so you can't fix one mistake into another.

Readable from the back of the room
Four text sizes, tuned from roughly ten feet to twenty-plus. High-contrast dark design with tabular figures so numbers don't jitter as they update. Player names shorten intelligently to fit the columns.
Won't lose your draft
Saves itself after every sale — close the laptop and reopen it. One-click backup export and restore, so a dead laptop is a five-minute detour rather than a disaster. Export the draft log and final rosters to CSV for whatever platform hosts your season. A running draft log lets you jump back to any pick.
Every fantasy football player, already loaded
Every quarterback, running back, receiver, tight end and kicker on a 2026 NFL roster, plus all 32 team defenses. Current teams, overall and positional rank, and last season's PPR points. Search and filter the pool by position, hide who's gone, and nominate straight from the list. You never type a full name or a team abbreviation.

What it isn't
Not a multi-device experience. Your league watches one TV together, not their phones. Not a season-long platform, not a keeper or dynasty tool, and not a live-scoring app. Football only, one draft night.
